I had to post a workout that I am SO loving. Those of you who follow likely know I am a bit of a gym rat training junkie. LOVE LOVE LOVE the gym. My fave workout is to do a cardio session followed by a H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) session. You have probably seen more and more info on this type of training lately. I am SO happy the secrets are being shared and helping people get motivated to get into shape.  Ofcourse, a good clean diet is really going to help in your success whether it be to lean down, lose some lb’s….or just increase your level of activity!

The SWEETEST thing about these major fat burning workouts?
TIME! You can do some HIIT workouts (Tabata Style) workout in as little as 4 minutes! I personally like a great 30 min high intensity session. There are all sorts of variations but I like to do an exercise for 30 -50 seconds, rest for 10 and move to the next exercise.

Here is a hard core wicked workout that is a sure bet to work up a great sweat!

    • Jump Lunges
    • Skipping
    • One Arm Push Ups
    • Jumping Jacks
    • Bicep Curls
    • Half Burpees
    • One Arm Push Ups
    • Mountain Climbers

*30 second of work and then break for 15 seconds (while you prep for next exercise)  (download GymBoss onto your iphone or ipod for your timer- ah-may-zing!)

*Repeat as many times as you can in 20-30 minutes (your choice!)
