1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Costco protein for baking)
¾ cup Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Baking Soda
¼ Teaspoon Sea Salt
2 packets Stevia
1 cup egg whites
1 cup mashed banana (about 4 bananas)
Touch Of Unsweetened Almond Milk (May not need)
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients until the whites are slightly frothy. Add wet to dry and blend. You MAY need to add a little almond milk to create the consistency you like. Separate into 6 balls and put on parchment and flatten the top a bit.
Bake for 20-22 minutes at 350.
ICING IS OPTIONAL- I made it on these ones and it looks good but it stuck to my teeth and was like toffee! I am sticking with them plain for now and they are delish!
