One of the great keys to good health is drinking lots of water!  I personally think water can get a little boring so I like to jazz it up a bit to make it more enjoyable and refreshing so I am sure to get at least a couple litres in me in a day.  Have you ever tried infusing your water with a little somethin’ somethin’?

Here are a few refreshing summer ideas:

Lemon “Cuke”

Mix in  a pitcher: 10 cups of water, 1 cucumber and lemon thinly sliced, 1/4 cups fresh finely chopped basil leaf and 1/3 cup of finely chopped fresh mint leaves.

Strawberry Lime

Mix in a pitcher: 10 cups water, 6 strawberries and 1 thinly sliced lime and 12 finely chopped mint leaves.

The Anti-Ox (Blackberry Sage)

Mix in a pitcher: 10 cups water, 1 cup of blackberries (slightly crushed) and 3-4 sage leaves.

*let sit overnight in the refrigerator before serving

Drink up and enjoy!
